Labh Group offers Fruit juice plant

Fruit Juices are made from fruit pulp. Artificial sugar may or may not be added to the juice extracted. The sugar syrup is prepared first in Jacketed mixing tank and then it is mixed with fruit pulp, water along with other ingredients like flavor, color, preservatives etc. in the other mixing tank. This mixture is pasteurized to remove any microbial growth from it and later on homogenized to prepare a uniform blend of juice. Uniformly blended juice is then packed in Bottles.

Machines involved in Fruit juice Plant are:

LZ- 103 : Sugar Syrup preparation Tank (Jacketed)
To prepare and store sugar syrup to be added to the fruit pulp

Fruit Pulp Storage Tank (Jacketed)
To store the Fruit pulp extracted from the fruit

LK- 301 : Filter Press
To remove impurities from sugar syrup

LZ- 102 : Mixing Tank
To mix the sugar syrup and fruit pulp for pasteurization

LK- 311 : Pasteurizer
To pasteurize (heat up to a very high temperature and then rapidly cooling down) the sugar s
